KZ Jewelry Designs will make every reasonable effort to display its merchandise on KZJewelryDesigns.com as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, various factors, including the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, may significantly affect what you actually see on your screen. KZ Jewelry Designs is not responsible for the display of any color, size, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer screen and cannot guarantee the accuracy thereof. However, if you are dissatisfied with any item you purchase from KZJewelryDesigns.com, you can request an exchange within thirty (30) days from the original ship date. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information and requirements. As each product photograph is taken individually, products have not been sized relative to each other.

Information Accuracy

KZ Jewelry Designs will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and current information on the Site, but there may be occasions when information on the Site contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, availability and other matters. KZ Jewelry Designs makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy of such information and will not be bound thereby. KZ Jewelry Designs reserves the right to correct any errors and to update Site information at any time (including after you have submitted your order). In compliance with industry standards and FTC guidelines, total carat weights (CTTW) may vary up to 0.07 carats on any jewelry item. For gemstones, a tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed. Further, as gemstone cuts vary, gemstone carat weights are approximate and may vary considerably from the stated approximate weight. In general, gemstone carat weight exceeds the stated approximate weight.

Merchandise Availability

Once an item is out of stock, we will attempt to remove it promptly from display. However, display of an item on KZJewelryDesigns.com is not a guarantee that it is currently in stock or that it will be available on our website when you visit again.

Pricing

Prices displayed on KZJewelryDesigns.com are quoted in U.S. currency and are valid and effective only in the United States. Prices are subject to change at any time

Comparison Purchasing

We do not allow the purchase of multiple pieces for comparison. This applies to similar designs and variations for gemstone grade, carat weight, metal, ring size, etc. If you are unsure about a particular item, you can always get in touch with our staff via phone or email and they’ll help you make the right choice. KZ Jewelry Designs reserves the right to cancel orders.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by an appropriate federal or state court sitting in the State of California.

KZ Jewelry Designs may terminate this Agreement and deny you access to the Site at any time, immediately and without notice, if in KZ Jewelry Designs’ sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.

As responsible citizens and jewelry merchants, we share the public's concern regarding conflict diamonds. At KZ Jewelry Designs, we only purchase our diamonds through respected, well-established, legal channels.
