Refund policy

KZ Jewelry Designs does not issue refunds but will exchange purchased merchandise for the same amount or more when it meets the following criteria: (1) The request must be made in writing by the original purchasing party within thirty (30) calendar days from the original shipping/pick-up date, (2) the merchandise must be received within ten (10) calendar days from the date in which the exchange has been authorized by KZ Jewelry Designs, (3) any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the returning party (we recommend shipping with insurance and signature required if not returned in-person), (4) the merchandise will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt and must be in the exact same condition in which it was originally sent otherwise it will be rejected for exchange, (5) replacement merchandise will only be shipped/provided once the original merchandise is received as noted above herein, (6) and if not picked up in-person, KZ Jewelry Designs will ship the replacement merchandise to the original billing address via USPS standard shipping at their cost (insured with signature required). Should the cost of the replacement merchandise exceed the cost of the item(s) being returned the difference will be charged before shipping. Any express shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchasing party if requested.

Note that, regardless of the method of purchase, custom-ordered/made pieces and/or pieces altered per request (ie ring sizing) are final sale and cannot be returned whatsoever, even for an exchange. Similarly, pieces with signs of wear, damage, and/or which have been altered in any fashion (engraved, embossed, resized, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
